My name is Audra Kopp, and I am a dedicated professional seeking project management, career coaching, and leadership/teaching roles with a keen focus on enchaining educational services and customer engagement . At the core of my career you will notice a proven track record in data-driven achievements. My most notable accomplishment is the significant enhancement of student engagement, with a remarkable 323% increase in 2022 and a further 91% in 2023. This success, coupled with being named the top performing coach in 2023, underscores my ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and leverage data to drive strategic initiatives and outcomes.

Parallel to these achievements, my educational journey has been equally robust. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology: Counseling, supplemented by a minor in Studio Art, providing me with a diverse skill set that combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. This foundation was further strengthened by my hands-on experience during an 300+ hour internship at the Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center in Washington, D.C., where I honed my skills in project coordination, data management, advocacy & and coaching for families in crisis. Upon my return to Liberty University, I became a Career Coach, and eight months later, I was promoted to Career Coach II for the School of Behavioral Sciences. I then earned my master’s in Human Services Counseling and specialized in life coaching. As a coach, I annually manage a caseload of 724+ individual meetings and 27+ group presentations on professional career development.

Currently, I am advancing my expertise by pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (D.S.L). This academic pursuit, along with my practical experience in data-driven project management and team leadership, has uniquely positioned me for a transition into the project management field or into a career coaching or leadership role.
